RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Return and refund policy
Your satisfaction with your purchase of our products and services is our top priority. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience any problems, please contact our customer service team at info@modernmind.eu. We will be happy to help you with your questions wherever we can and as quickly as possible. Our friendly customer service team is committed to responding to your questions within 1-3 business days. For more information on our return and refund policy, please see below.
1. Returns
- Please note that we have a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase for the majority of our products. However, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in an intact and unused condition. In addition, the item must be in the original packaging in which you received it and include the original sales receipt with your name on it.
- Some types of goods are excluded from return.
- We do not accept returns or refund products in the following categories:
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or personalized
- Online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Event tickets
- Newspapers or magazines.
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or personalized
- Other items not intended for return:
- Vouchers
- Software products for download
- Some health and personal care products
- Promotional or discounted items
- Retreats
- There are certain situations in which a refund is only partially granted (if applicable)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing for reasons not due to our error.
2. Refund
- Once we receive and review your return, we will email you confirming receipt of the returned items and will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- Once the refund is confirmed, it will be processed and within a certain number of days your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
- If you have used a coupon code or credit as part of your order, we cannot refund, replace or credit the coupon code.
- The returning party will be responsible for all postage, handling or shipping charges incurred with respect to item returns.
- We are not responsible for and will not reimburse you for any costs you incur as part of your purchase or return process (including any government fees, customs duties, taxes or VAT).
- When you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping charges per item (minimum 3.70) will be deducted from your refund. For the rest of the world, refunds will be charged for courier fees based on the volume weight of the item and delivery speed, depending on the delivery area.
3. Delayed or missing refund
- If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend that you check your bank account first.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There are often processing times before a refund is processed.
- If you have followed the above points and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@modernmind.eu. We will be happy to help you.
4. Discounted items
- Only regular items will be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot refund reduced items.
5. Cancellation costs:
- The seller reserves the right to retain the costs of a cancellation and all associated costs such as preparation for shipment, shipping, payment transaction fees and other.
6. Exchange
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you want to exchange the goods for the same item, first email us at info@modernmind.eu, then send us the item:
- Please include as part of your email a note on why you would like to exchange the item, as well as some pictures if the item is defective.
- If you have received a defective or damaged item, we recommend that you contact our customer service department immediately within the first 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly. Please note that we do not accept claims for damaged goods after this period.
- If the item was marked directly as a gift at the time of purchase and shipping, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves, we will send the return information and a refund to the gift giver.
7. Shipping
- To return your product, please send it to the address below with the completed return form:
- As the return sender, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
